Korn Live: The Encounter is a live release by Korn in 2010 to promote the studio album Korn III: Remember Who You Are. It premiered on Sunday July 11, 2010 on HDNet, and then streamed on the band's Myspace profile. Although a live performance piece, the concert itself has no audience beyond production crew. In July a number of viral videos were released by the band, the first two videos included amateur footage of crop circles and unidentified flying objects, while the second two videos included news footage of the phenomenons identifying its location as Kern County. The Korn logo could also be seen in one of the crop circles. On July 7 the band announced "Korn Live: The Encounter, A Concert for Korn III: Remember Who You Are" a live concert filmed June 24 at the crop circles. The unusual setting for the concert was inspired by Pink Floyd's Live at Pompeii concert.
In Doug Jackson's Random Encounter, Elizabeth Berkley plays Alicia Brayman, a public relations executive on the rise. At a celebratory party, Alicia meets a handsome man named Kyle (Joel Wyner) who takes her home for sex. Madeleine (Mary Bradley), a crazed brunette with a knife, interrupts them. Alicia fatally bludgeons Madeline with a statue before she can stab Kyle. Kyle tells Alicia that he'll help her cover up the crime, but she is recognized during the getaway. As the heat is turned up and details start pouring out, Alicia learns that Kyle is a dangerous ex-con wanted for parole violations who set Madeleine up for murder and now has Alicia trapped in a web of deceit from which there seems to be no escape.
In 1777, one year since he had taken reign, King Jeong-jo bears a perilous palace life with his dedicated court servant, Gap-soo, amidst opposition and threats from those around with political ambitions. Meanwhile, Eul-soo, a member of a secret assassin group, receives orders to kill Jeong-jo. Gap-soo, who had also been in the same secret assassin ring as Eul-soo, later confesses to Jeong-jo about his dark past and his motive for coming into the palace. To Gap-soo's surprise, Jeong-jo asks Gap-soo when he had given up being an assassin, then orders him to just leave the palace. However, Gap-soo finds out that there is another assassin besides him and frantically returns to the court, only to discover Eul-soo in combat with Jeong-jo. (c)

Zeina (Nadine Acoury) is a Catholic student whose good friend Haidar (Haithem El Amine), a Muslim, has always been particularly close. After a futile attempt to get together (he gets caught in traffic), they each decide to make an audio tape trying to explain, based on their own ideas, why there continues to be fighting in Lebanon now, in 1977, and why they are against it. Zeina is about to leave for the United States and Haidar is to meet her at the airport, where they will exchange their tapes. Alas, fate intervenes because when he arrives early at the airport, he is harassed by someone looking to prey on gullible refugees and he gets so angry that he grabs a taxi out of there, throwing his tape away as he does so. When Zeina arrives and realizes he is not there, she is broken-hearted. In a strange twist at the end, the cast and the director (Borhane Alaouie) have a discussion as to whether or not the character of Haidar should kill himself.

1930 Manchuria: Seong-Jin, a member of Korean independence army, is arrested and tortured by Suzuki. Seong-Jin’s tells his colleague Min-Wuk the location of funds. Min-Wuk puts the money into the stomach of a dead hog and floats it down the river. Soon, Min-Wuk is captured by Mokosan, a gangster from Peking and Ye-Ji, a barmaid. While Suzuki arrests all of them and kills Mokosan, Min-Wuk, succeeds in arresting Suzuki and escaping, as he continues his journey along the river to deliver the funds.

Next, a ghoulish sound emanates from a mist-shrouded hole in the Earth near where a Missouri boy has lost his dog. The boy's father is lowered into the hole and lets out an agonizing scream! Finally, a senator returning home from a party finds a lost girl on a bridge and learns from her father that she died years earlier
Inspector Sam Bharucha (Naseeruddin Shah) is an honest and diligent Police Inspector. He frequently comes across youth gangs, calling themselves "bhai". He also has marital problems with his son himself calling himself a "bhai", and associating with criminal elements. One day during one of this patrols, there is a shoot-out between a youth gang and his police party. A number of youth are killed.
